Title: JCIDS Process SME.
Location: Langley AFB, Hampton VA
Duration: Permanent/ Full-Time
Background:
The Contractor shall, where assigned within A8, provide technical and analytical support to the HQ ACC/A8 in the
development and integration of requirements into existing and/or planned systems. Assist in planning documents
and activities to include, but not limited JCIDS, QRC, O&M, various acquisition activities, RDT&E, CBA planning, AoA
development, developmental planning, logistics and procurement. Provide technical and analytical assistance
including evaluating emerging and existing technologies, operational capabilities and addressing operational
needs. Provide development, analysis, and process assistance in all Program Objective Memorandum and
Amended Program Objective Memorandum activities. Assist in the development, validation, and coordination of
varied requirements documents including AF Forms 1067, Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capability
Development Documents (CDD), Capability Production Documents (CPD), and Capstone Requirements Documents
(CRD). Assist in investment strategy planning. Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases. Advise ACC/A8 on
operational, logistics, and technical issues, transition strategy, project schedules, program plans, and other timesensitive documents.
Minimum Qualifications:
 Bachelors Degree from an accredited university
 Ten (10) years experience on USAF MAJCOM or higher level staff (combination of active duty, government
service and/or contractor)
 Five (5) year staff experience (may be the combination of active duty, government service and/or
contractor time) in operations, staff or working specific program or subject area specific to the particular
A8 mission area assigned for the specifically exercised FTE


Experienced knowledge of Federal Budget and Resource Allocation process and procedures in support of
ISR and Targeting
Comprehensive knowledge of the process and procedures in which ACC programs and budgets are
developed, staffed and approved by Air Force.
Current knowledge and understanding of assigned mission area C2 or ISR systems and how they are
employed
Familiarity with of CAM sustainment funding and processes

Knowledge and experience developing JCIDS and QRC documents and processes


