LINE JUDGES: EACH SCHOOL IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE 1 LINE JUDGE. THE LINE JUDGE WILL
FOLLOW YOUR TEAM.
FORMAT: There will be two designated pools. All matches will consist of two games to 25 rally; win by two, with
no cap. Third game to 15 if needed, win by two with no cap. Warm-ups for the 1st round will begin at 8:15 and consist
of 6/7/7 format. Following matches will be a 3/3 format if needed. After lunch we will use a 4/4/4 format. The home
team will be the first team alphabetically. Serving team will be decided by coin flip. Top 2 teams from each bracket
will advance to the gold bracket; bottom 2 teams from each bracket will advance to the silver bracket. Only ties that
impact whether a team goes to the gold bracket will be played out in a one game to 15 playoff. If a 3 way tie exists for
second place the 3rd and 4th place team based on below criteria will play off and then will play the 2nd place team for
advancement to gold. If a three way tie for 1st exists the 1st place team based on below criteria will automatically
advance and the 2nd and 3rd place teams will play off one game to 15. If two teams tie for 2nd place a one game
playoff to 15 will be played.
Tie breaking criteria is head to head first, then overall point differential, then winning game percentage, then coin
flip. All times listed are approximations.
Bracket play will be 2 out of 3 sets to 25 rally scoring, win by 2, no cap. If needed, a 3rd set will be played to 15 rally
scoring, win by 2, no cap, no switching sides.
WARM-UPS: Rounds 1 will be 6-7-7. After that they will be 3-3. Warm-ups will start immediately after the previous
match ends. If both teams and referees agree, warm-ups can be shortened or skipped to get the match started sooner.
First round of warm ups after lunch will be 4/4/4. After that they will be 3/3.
Entry Fee: $150.00 (payable to De Pere High School)
Volleyballs: We will provide volleyballs. Don’t bring your own balls into the gym.
Locker rooms: All schools will be using PE locker rooms.
Admission: ADULTS $4, Students $2
Valuables/ towels: Locks and towels will NOT be provided for the tournament. De Pere High School is not
responsible for lost or stolen property.
Concessions: A concession stand will be available during the tournament. We ask that spectators purchase items
from the stand, and not bring carry-ins.
Lunch: There will be a 30 minute lunch break at the end of pool play from when the last court gets done.
Awards: There will be an award for the winner of the tournament.
