Garage or Carport • Shelter for homeowner’s cars • Attached to house or freestanding • Carport open on one or more sides, providing less protection and security • Garage more desirable in very hot or cold climates • Carports are less expensive to build than garages © Goodheart-Willcox Co., Inc.
