Tiger Consulting Pte Ltd. Provides HR, payroll and employment services in 13 countries with offices
throughout Asia. We are currently seeking a “Payroll Consultant” for our Singapore office.
Singapore Payroll Consultant
Qualifications












Male or female , Singapore Nationality or Permanent Resident
Hold at least a degree in related field
Minimum 2-3 years experience in processing payroll
Strong knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia payroll, statutory regulations
Knowledge of Asia Pacific payroll requirements.
Team working skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong people skills
Excellent spoken and written English
Computer skills
Pleasant personality, service minded and able to work independently
Ability to speak and read Malay
Principal Duties and Responsibilities












Compute salary for clients’ employees (allowance, deductions, bonus, increments, festive
advance)
Submission of statutory contributions according to country’s regulation
Preparation of Monthly Payroll Reports (ensure reports completed by deadline)
Provide yearly services for Year-End Tax Processing
Ensure accuracy of payroll process, expenses claim and other calculations(such as overtime
claims and leave encashment)
Ensure that client’s instructions and information are maintained according to operational
procedures.
Maintain Client documents in compliance with Tiger Consulting standards
Liaise with external bodies such as statutory bodies, partners and vendors.
Coordinate the processing of payroll administration and tax processing.
Perform quality control review for local and regional payroll services.
Prepare regional reports.
Provide information of latest changes made by government.
