CASE STUDY:
Ted periodically suffers from
extremely high levels of
anxiety but he cannot pinpoint
the source or otherwise say
why he is so anxious. He is
terrified at times, his heart
often races, he feels wobbly,
and has difficulty
concentrating.
Jan knows she shouldn’t overreact about the
little things, but she tends to thrive on
tensions filled situations. She gains status
and recognition when she is the one in
control of the gossip and it makes her feel
good and somewhat superior to be the one
everyone turns for the latest news.
