company’s brand and to increase penetration of key products and services in the market segment.
 Director of Licensed Products
Developed product, pricing and growth strategies for new and existing licensed products which represent over $17M in annual
revenue. Negotiated new licenses and partnered with existing licensors to develop and implement new marketing campaigns
and promotions that support overall internal and external revenue growth objectives. Conducted consumer market, trend and
channel analysis and was responsible for the day-to-day licensing operations which included contract audits and risk analysis.

responsibilities included developing and managing all outside advertising, line specific media relations, and point of sale
materials; evaluating and managing event and sponsorship opportunities; training sales and support staff on current bank
products; designing, implementing and reporting progress on internal and external sales campaigns and recognition events;
coordinating customer entertainment opportunities; developing and managing the annual marketing plan and budget;

 Regional Multi-Cultural Marketing Manager
