There will be an introductory event which will serve as a taster and as an induction process. Students will have the opportunity to develop their IT skills through accessing and using E- learn and through portfolio development, and through specific modules where personal, professional, enterprise and career development are addressed. Qualification as dental nurses via NVQ 3 or NEBDN National Certificate or hospital based equivalent All applicants will be interviewed prior to acceptance The candidate would also be expected to be supported by a senior dental professional who must agree to support and mentor the student in their studies. 17.
