1.1 About Project:The Project is web portal named is WWW.MediaNaukari.Com. It provide Jobs which is
related to medias such as Mass Media, Digital Media, News Media, Social Media,
Electronic Media etc as well as other industry such as IT, Management,
Engineering
etc.MediaNaukari.Com is an Indian job search engine operating in India develop by
Wizard InfoSolutions. This project is provided by Amar Ujala which is a newspaper
company
or
agency.
It provide different types of services such as Search jobs, Post resume, Job seeker
facilities, Buy online, Case study, Career counseling.
The Purpose of the application is to provide Job portal for Job Seekers, to submit their
CV and apply for job, where Employer can select best Employees from available
candidate profile. There will be Separate Control Panel for Job Seeker, Employer and
Admin (Super User).Employer can add Own Profile and post jobs Company wise or on
the Basis of Experience and Expertise wise.

1.2 Modules:The main users in the project can be categorized into three modules as follow:
1. Admin
2. Employer
3. JobSeeker
1.3 Definitions, Acronyms and Abbreviations:1. Admin : The authorized person who controls all the network. Administrator manage
entire application and maintains the profiles of applicants and employers
2. Employer : Who creates vacancies. Employer can search through applicant resumes
based on the different criteria.
3. JobSeekers : The person who sell applies for job. In this module Applicants can post
their resumes with personal and professional details. They can also update the resume as
frequently as required. Job-seeker can also get email alerts when their resume are selected
by Employer or Company.
1.4 Objective:The main objective of “Medianaukari.com” is to provide an essence of online job
portal via a lucid, simple and yet powerful interface. It has been designed to make the
suitable recruiters find prospective candidates, and vice versa. It has been designed to
make the process of online job hunting much easier.
Last but not least, “Medianaukari.com” has been designed to successfully create and
deploy a web- application using .Net Framework.

8.CONCLUSION:
Once the software will install, the users will be trained and the master data will be created
.It will be the time to start full-fledged use of the software. the organization relies solely
on it, discarding all the previously used processes and procedure what generally happens
is that usage of the software is recommended? In addition the user are confident that the
new system is foolproof and so the old can be dispensed with Therefore the basic idea
underlying these activities that even after the software is installed, the old system of
doing things, be it automated or manual is continued for some period of time. Since both
the old and the new system continues in parallel this is called parallel run.
It is the complete medical management software is so designed as to ease the work load
of medical shop professionals. The main feature includes invoicing, inventory and stock
control, accounting, client and vendor management.
