Bove LLC and Remi Properties have engaged several firms, each possessing
extensive experience with high-end condominiums. They include:
Group 4 Design – Architects, interior design, landscape architecture and site
planning. The full-service, nationally known Jacksonville-based firm designed the developers’
5 Thousand Town apartment community. Karie Kavacocy and Leigh Gunn are the principals
leading the design, which will showcase a British West Indies style for Aphora’s exterior and
luxurious interior spaces.
