Take temp 2. Put all 3 tubes in water with pipettes resting on the tape. a) b) Let Sit for 5 minutes to let temp. equalize Set up data table 3. Put a drop of colored water on the end of the pipette then submerge all 3 tubes – do not disturb once submerged 4. Read the start position on pipette 5. Read every 5 Minutes 6. Clean Up – use tweezers to get the cotton out of the tube. 7. Save beads but throw peas and cotton away. 8. Rinse everything with water, empty tubs (in BIG sinks), and put everything in the tubs to dry.
