How to use the Thick & Easy Instant Bread Mix

Step 1: Have
all ingredients
and measuring
cups ready.
Step 2: Use
bread molds or
any mold you
choose.
Step 3: Have a
separate
measuring cup
for liquids.
Step 4: Spray molds
with spray release.

Step 5:
Measure out
dry mix first
Step 6: Place
dry mix into
mixing bowl
Step 7: Pour
out full amount
of liquid into
separate
measuring cup
Step 8: Pour all
of liquid quickly
into dry mix.
Step 9: Mix
Quickly until
smooth
Step 8: Place
bread onto
plate
Step 8: Pour
quickly into
mold or use
scoop
Step 9: Let set
5-10 minutes
Step 8: Garnish
with butter/jelly
and serve
Step 10: Invert
mold into pan and
push corners of
mold with fingers
until bread
releases.

Preparation:
1.
Place bread mix into mixing bowl.
2.
Pour full amount of liquid into bread mix. Blend to a cake-batter consistency.
3.
Pour into sprayed pans/bread molds. **Fill bread molds completely.
3.
Let stand 10-15 minutes. Once set, remove from pan/molds. Cut and serve accordingly.

Prepare meat salad according to facility recipe and blend to pureed consistency.
2.
Prepare pureed bread slices, place appropriate scoop of pureed meat salad on bottom half of bread slice.
Cover with top half and cut into triangles.

Preparation:

Place peanut butter into mixing bowl. Add liquid and mix until peanut butter dissolves into liquid.
2.
Add Thick & Easy Bread Mix and blend to a batter-like consistency.
3.
Use a #16 scoop and transfer to sprayed bread trays
4.
Let stand for 10-15 minutes and remove from trays.
5.
Place bread slice on plate and top with jelly.

Preparation:
1.
Place bread mix, cinnamon and sugar into mixing bowl.
2.
Add liquid to mixture and mix well.
Pour mixture into sprayed cookie sheet with wax paper on bottom.
Mixture should be a mashed potato consistency.
3.
Place wax paper over top and firmly press mixture into cookie sheet.
4.
Let stand 10-15 minutes. Remove from pan.
5.
Place on cutting board. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
6.
Cut 1” strips. Gently roll into cinnamon rolls.
7.
Top with cream cheese or icing.

4.
