1. Energy is always conserved- it cannot be
created or destroyed.
This means the amount of energy in the
universe is always CONSTANT.

 Rube Goldberg was a very creative man.
 He was a cartoonist, an engineer, an inventor, a sculptor, and
a writer.
 He had a “knack” for designing a very complex path to
complete a very simple task.
 His designs became known as “Rube Goldbergs”
 The path to the completion of a task always contained many
transfers and transformations of energy.
