Create a song and music video that is about anything we have talked
about so far this year in science. Topics that the song could be about
includes:

Graphing
Kinetic Energy/ Potential Energy
Energy and Heat
5.

7.
8.
Plate Tectonics
Pangaea/ Continental Drift
Earthquakes
Volcanoes
If you can think of any other topics you would like to do besides the ones
listed above be sure to ask one of your science teachers for permission.
The project needs to include all the following for full credit:
1. Just writing words on a paper will not work=No credit
2. Rewritten song about topic-Use the tune of any song you
like. Must have music in the background (choose any
song you want)–You will probably need a karaoke version
of the song to use when you record.
3. The recording does not have to be you singing. You can
do a voiceover or have someone to sing for you.
4. Type the lyrics and include them on the video
presentation.
5. Include some type of visual with the song. For example,
pictures of the science topic you are singing about. Find
pictures on the internet.
6. Create a video with all the above for up to 100 points.
7. Must include VOCABULARY about the topic and some
type of SIGNIFICANT EXPLANATION of the topic, NOT
merely using the words.
