Description of company activities, products and services:
CETMA is a Research and Technology Organization (RTO) and has developed competences in
three disciplinary groups (Materials Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial
Design). Integrating these skills, puts itself as multidisciplinary centre for products, processes
and services innovation in order to foster and support the productive system growing and
development and to approach in an effective way the technological development activitiesIn the
aeronautics field, CETMA has improved specific skills on transformation technologies of
composite materials, on advanced materials, on design methodologies and technologies,
on Virtual
Reality-based and
Augmented Reality-based education,
training
and
maintenance applications, on advanced information and informative systems for
engineering design, logistic, transport, knowledge management, virtual reality and data
processing, advanced visualization, control and simulation of devices.

3. Description of Expertise:
Enter a brief text describing your organisation's expertise relevant to this the
Project.
The potential role of CETMA is in the optimization of energy consumptions and the
integration with RES (Renewable Energy Sources) through computational models,
directed to this aim, and which will include algorithms of predictive energy
management.
The main innovative elements of ICT system can be summarized as follows:
 optimization of energy consumptions through predictive algorithms, able to
estimate the entity of available FER energy resources and to carry out suitable
politics of resources and consumptions rationalization and scheduling;
 Pervasive control and context-aware: the system, learning data provided by smart
sensor, will be able to perform energy efficiency procedures as well as anticipate
user needs, and proactively control involved devices.
 use of flexible Service Oriented Infrastructure
 implementation of real time intelligent energy controller that interact with an
existing building management system, in order to improve energy efficiency the
building.
