SCHOOL DIVISION REPORT 2014/2015 & PLAN 2015/2016
Manitoba Education and Advanced Learning is reviewing the current school division reporting and planning process; therefore the 2015/2016 school year will be a year of transition as
changes to the process and template may be forthcoming.

Completed templates are due to the department by October 31, 2015. Please
email to <Ruth.Parnetta@gov.mb.ca>.

The following signed financial declarations are also due to the department by
October 31, 2015:

Grants – Financial Declaration. The declaration can be found at
<www.edu.gov.mb.ca/k12/ssdp/index.html>.
School Division 2014/2015 Report and 2015/2016 Plan
As of 2015/16, school division reporting and planning will become
an annual process. All school divisions are required to submit
reports and plans this year. Your report should include progress
made to achieve expected outcomes, since you last submitted a
school division planning report to the province.

Student Services Planning Report
Only the following school divisions are required to submit a Student
Services Planning Report next year. The report should include
2012/2013, 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 Student Services plans:
