Roles & Responsibilities:
 Managing a pool of around 120 employees of different grades including Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians,
skilled and unskilled labor.
 Responsible of Production Planning & Execution at maximum efficiency.
 O&M of Utility Machines (Boiler, Compressors, Generators & Cooling Towers).
 Responsible of implementation of Lean Manufacturing techniques.
 Conception of Energy Conservation Project.
 Control, plan and devise Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Activities.

Productivity Enhancement Project from 70 units/hr to 90 units/hr in EPS manufacturing unit.
