Purpose of the PD Plan
• To encourage and support continued
professional growth with resulting
applications in the classroom.

Documentation
I.a. As identified in the PDP– options include certificates, logs, agendas
& reflections, summaries, action research data, parent communications,
I.b. student work, copies of documents, forms, portfolio ( lesson plans,
assessments, pictures, videos), grade reports, etc. that demonstrates
professional growth in an identified area.

Administrator Involvement
• Develop the PD Plan for their track prior
to Oct. 1.
• Turn the PD Plan in to their administrator
by Oct. 1 yearly.
• Yearly conference with the principal about
progress on the PD Plan at a time to be
determined.
