Children and youth with: • Acquired Brain Injuries • Traumatic Brain Injuries • Stroke • Spinal Cord Injury/tumors • Auto-immune diseases Interdisciplinary Team • A team may be defined as “a small number of people with complementary skills who are committed to a common purpose and performance goals for which they hold themselves accountable.” • The common purpose should typically be to provide effective, quality patient care.
