Kidstuff Coupon Books Sale Started!
Your Kidstuff book was sent home with your child/ren on Friday, September 4th! Please
check backpacks. The valuable, family-friendly KidStuff Coupon Books are now available
through our school! KidStuff Coupon Books are only sold through school and we earn 50% profit
on each book we sell! Use just a few coupons and save more than the $25 cost of the book ...

PTO Meeting:
Our first Hillcrest PTO meeting is Tuesday September 8th at 7:00 pm in the Multi-Purpose
Room. All are welcome! We hope to see you there!
Pretzel Sales:
Pretzel sales are every Wednesday before school starting on September 9th, 2015 in the
multi-purpose room. Pretzels are 50 cents each.
Hillcrest PTO Back to School Picnic:
The Back to School Picnic has been moved to the following evening – Thursday,
September 10th – 5:00 – 7:00 pm same time, same place! A fun (and FREE) event for all
Hillcrest Families! This year food will be sold via the Pizza Wagon, Rita’s Water Ice, and
Goodnoe's Food Truck. We will also have a DJ playing favorite tunes and keep the kids moving!
Please remember to bring a blanket or chairs to sit on. As in years past, mums will be for sale at
$6 each. Also, as a reminder, pets are not allowed.
THIS IS NOT A DROP OFF EVENT. THIS EVENT IS SPONSORED BY THE HILLCREST PTO. ALTHOUGH THIS EVENT IS
DESIGNED TO BE FUN AND ENGAGING, WE STILL NEED TO KEEP IN MIND THAT SAFETY IS OUR NUMBER #1 PRIORITY.
DURING THIS EVENT STUDENTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED AND SUPERVISED BY A PARENT OR PARENT DESIGNATED
ADULT AT ALL TIMES! ADDITIONALLY, STUDENTS ARE ONLY PERMITTED IN THE DESIGNATED AREAS IN WHICH THE
EVENT IS TAKING PLACE- PLEASE REMIND YOUR CHILD(REN) TO BE CAREFUL. AS ALWAYS, WE APPRECIATE YOUR
CONTINUED SUPPORT AND COOPERATION ON THIS MATTER!
Home Room Parent Sign-up:
Interested in helping in your child’s classroom parties and school trips? Become a Homeroom
Parent! The flyer to sign up for Home Room Parent will NOT be sent home on paper. Please
visit our Homeroom Parent Info page to print out the form and send in with your child/ren. All
forms need to be returned to school by Friday, September 11th. No exceptions. Homeroom
Parents are required to attend one of two orientation meetings below. Please mark your
calendar.

Hillcrest Families Philadelphia Flyers Night:
Please join us for a Hillcrest Family Fun Night on October 29th, 2015 at 7:00 pm and watch
the Philadelphia Flyers take on the New Jersey Devils! Tickets are $35/per person. Tickets are
