Parts of an One Line Bullet Statement
• Only accomplishment and impact required
• Accomplishment (What did person do ? - performance,
leadership, created, developed, management, etc. include
numbers and percentages when possible)
• Impact (What was the result? – resources saved, efficiency
improvements, effectiveness improvements, etc. include
numbers or percentages when possible.)
