As User
Experience Lead for Microsoft Consulting Services’ Solution Development Center,
consulted for user-centered experience design on Eli Lilly (Pharma), software redesign of
Collaboration (e.g. SharePoint) and Management (e.g. Project Server) tools and
implementation. Working independently and with BA and project architect, interviewed
PhD-level biochemist and scientist SMEs and partner stakeholders for business
requirements gathering as well applied best practices in redesign and rebuilding of an
existing Workflow management tracking software.
Extracted existing application’s
functionality and information architecture from existing hard-coded pages. Conducted
