1. Please register for Medical-Surgical Nursing Class ID: 2652957C3E
2. For each chapter / section listed below, you can a. Take a minimum of two (2) practice tests. Please note you can take more if you
wish.
b. When setting up the practice test, please do so in the following manner:
i. Create a practice quiz
ii. Under name – place what is listed after each section in parenthesis
Example: First test in Oncology will be titled Oncology – Test 1
Second test in Oncology will be titled Oncology – Test 2. If you
take more than the required 2 practice test, label them
accordingly as Oncology – Test 3; Oncology – Test 4, etc.
iii. Select “course topic”
iv. Number of questions – select 20 for each test
v. Make sure the following box is checked – “Do not include questions I
have already answered correctly.”

d. Only the highest test grade in each of the areas below will be recorded as part of
the transcript grade. This will be no matter how many practice tests you take.
3. Please note – ALL tests in a transcript course MUST be taken NO LATER THAN the
Common Assessment date of the transcript course.
During the winter months, the schedule may change due to inclement weather. It is your
responsibility to be fully aware of the date of the Common Assessment for Mental
Health, Medical-Surgical Nursing 1, Medical-Surgical Nursing 2, Medical-Surgical
Nursing 3, Medical-Surgical Nursing 4.
