2016 Magnolia registration procedure

Go onto the following ASA website to add/modify your details or register as an athlete wanting
to join Magnolia Road Runners.

Online steps: (see attached document for more details "Instructions to register
online.PDF")
a. To check your details on this website, click on the "Login" link on the website and use
your ID number and for the password use your nick name/first name (as you provided it
on your 2015 application form), using just small letters. (See also 2f).
b. In the event that your name only has 3 characters, e.g. Ida or Jan, add the first letter of
your surname as well.
c. Then click “Login” button just below the password.
d. Once logged in, click the “Edit my details” and complete all fields and click SAVE.
e. Please also change your password on this page as well.
f. If you click the “Login” button and get the message “Failed login”, then you are not yet
registered on the ASA system and must click the “Register” button and complete all you
info and click SAVE.
g. You will notice your “current club status” will say "Pending". See below how and when
this status will be updated.
h. Please make screenshotsof your details on this webpage and print to bring to
registration as proof.

If you are not able to complete the online ASA form as mentioned in step 2, then you must
manually complete the attached ASA form “ASA 2016 licensing form.PDF”.

Complete the 2016 Magnolia Application form and see pricing and bank details on form.

Make payment into Magnolia Standard bank account and print confirmation of payment. Put
your name & Surname as reference.
You can use EFT to transfer the relevant money into the club's account (see the bottom right
hand corner of the 2016 Magnolia application form for banking details).

Bring your(1) proof of payment, (2) your completed Magnolia application form and (3) your
screenshots of the ASA online captured data OR the completed ASA licensing form to the
clubhouse to collect your license number. Clubhouse will be open on Tuesdays from 17h30 to
19h00. Contact Haffie Mahomed at 082 831 9949 for confirmation or other arrangements.
Registration can also be done at Run-A-Way Sport.
Note that AGN numbers will not be provided without the above 3 documents.

The club administrator will then enter the 2016 license number allocated to you, on the ASA
website, and change your status to "Accepted”.
