Client Technology Technician- Responsible for maintaining and upgrading all of Members 1st
computers and any hardware and software on the computer while assisting fellow associates with all
their technology needs. Also I handle various IT projects assigned to me by my direct supervisor and
I am the head of other technology related matters in the IT field.
Help Desk- In charge of taking incoming calls from Branch personnel and other various Member 1st
Associates who are in need of technical assistance with their computers and various other electronic
devices. Some of the other things I do are Human Resource paperwork, answer numerous kinds of
technical questions via email, redirect submitted tickets or fill out tickets to send to the proper
department so they can accomplish the task requested by the associate.
Telebranch- Responsible for taking incoming calls from Members of the Credit Union concerning
their financial accounts. I have to be able to handle and answer a wide variety of questions as well
as performing various tasks for the Member all in a timely fashion.

Muscular Dystrophy Counselor — Served as a counselor and was solely responsible for the care of an
individual with muscular dystrophy. Participated in team activities and planned daily events.
Cumberland Valley High School - August 1987 to June 1989
High School Football Manager — Responsible for setting up, maintaining and repairing all football
equipment. Supervised the distribution of team uniforms before each game. Performed other
miscellaneous tasks when requested by the coaches.
High School Trainer - Successfully completed the Athletic Training Program. Performed general
first aid on athletes before and after sporting events.
