Save as draft
Requisitions must stay in draft status until it is ready to be published. Each time the requisition is saved as
draft the creator will receive an email with a link to a “camera ready” view of the posting. This can be repeated
as often as necessary to ensure the posting is accurate and your client is happy.
Note: You will not receive an email if there is an entry error in the recruit panels. If this happens, please review
your requisition for accuracy. If you are sure that your entries are accurate, please contact TSS and log your
issue to determine what the issue is and how to resolve.
Save and Open
Once you have determined your requisition is accurate and ready to publish click on “save and open” the status
of your requisition will change to “open” and you will receive a “final draft” email confirming your requisition will
be published. The email will contain a link to the posting that will be live as soon as the requisition is published.
Note: You will not receive a “final draft” email if there is an error with your requisition. If this occurs follow the
same steps as noted in the instructions above.
