Website Features and CMS Pages
The website inner pages will be dynamic and will be developed using our exclusive content
management feature and structured based on the content details given by you. The content
management option, which is called as CMS, allows the client to make needed edits to the pages
anytime as required. The authorized person at client end, called as Site manager, will perform
this. He can manage the entire pages via the admin panel and the changes would reflect at user
side in real-time.
The site contains up to 25 numbers of CMS enabled web pages, according to the link structure
shared. The page contents can be managed via the administrator panel. At the user side there will

would be a CMS page. Site admin can edit the contents.
 Chairman’s Message: It would be CMS page & admin can add/remove the content of
the respective page. This page will display the chairman’s message.
 Managing Committees: This page displays the member list in the ICAI Committee.
Each member has a Title, photo and profile Description. The details can be managed
by the site admin.
 ‘ICAI Dubai Chapter’/’Chapter’ sub committees: This page displays the member
list in the ICAI Sub Committee. Each member has a Title, photo and profile
Description. The details can be managed by the site admin.
 Past chairman: This link shows the details of the past chairman with photo.
 Activities: Different Activities will be displayed here and each activity will have a
title, Description, photo (Optional), Documents which can be downloaded.
 Recognitions: It would be CMS page & admin can add/remove the content of the
respective page. This page would be in a document form and allows user to download
it.

Students: A General Description will be there in this page. Various instructions for the
students posted by the admin will be displayed at this section. Each will have title,
Description in read more format.


Previous Companies
Company name, Designation, Duration. It is should be presented as in

The Member registration requests will be received at the admin panel and admin
can verify and approve the registration and provide a Chapter Member ID.
Admin will have the provision to enter unique number (Number against their
barcode) of a registered member.

The Automatic mail will be sent to the member with user name and password
and they can login to the system.
3.
Visible for Employers: If a registered member wishes to be visible in
registered employer consoles, he can choose it from his console.
 After Login, the registered members can access the below sections
1.
My Account: The registered members can view their profile details and they
can edit their profile if they wish.

Online Payments for Members:Provision for members to make online
payment for the following:
a. Registration fee for new members.
(Manual and online payment Option required, and the payment is done
for a fixed duration
e.g.: October 1st 2014–July 31th 2015)
b. Renewal of annual membership

CPE Events:
 Upcoming events in calendar format will be presented at this section.
Each CPE event will have Event Name, Description. Start and End date.
Topics Details (if any),Paper Presenter Detail (if any)
 Confirm Event Participation:Each ICAI registered member will have the
option to confirm their presence in an event through their console once they
logged in.
The confirmation form collects below information from a member
o Select Your Food Preference (Veg/Non Veg)
o I am not going to have the Dinner
 Event vise Paper presenters’ details which are updated through the admin
console will be listed at this section.
o Each topic of an event can have Title, Description and admin will
have the provision to add topic vise paper presenter details.
o Each presenter will be displayed with Name, Photo, Designation,
profile Summary, Topic, Option to upload related documents (if
any).
o CPE Event and paper Presenter archives will be available here.
 Newsletters:The newsletter received from the admin console will be visible
at member console also.

 Total CPE Hoursof a registered member will be available at this section.
They need fixed CPE hours in 3 years.The duration and hours will be set by
the admin from the admin console.
 Graphical Presentation of CPE hours of a registered chapter member will be
provided at his console.
 Event vise Feedback Submission: After an event ICAI member will have
the option to submit feedback after each event.

Notifications: The Notifications for the registered members will be listed here.
A Notification will have a Heading, image, and a description.

Announcements: The announcements posted by the admin will be listed here.
An Announcement will have a Heading, image, and a description.

Online Journals: The online journals (PDF format) which are posted by the
site admin will be listed here.
Each Journal will have the following elements Heading, Image (Optional),
Description and the Option to download the journal in PDF format.
Members will have the option to upload documents but it will be displayed in
the website after approval from the admin side.

Seminar Presentations: The Seminar Presentations (PDF, PPT format) which
are posted by the site admin will be listed here.

Reports: The Reports in PDF formats will be listed here which are posted by
the site admin through the admin console.

the jobs will get displayed the website which will be visible to all the users.

 CPE Event Management: Admin will have the provision to add CPE events from the
admin console and he can set one event active/live at a time.

 CPE Event vise Participation confirmation list: The participant details who have
confirmed their presence through their console will be available at this section.

 CPE Event Attendance Marking:
o During an event, the admin has to open the Attendance Marking Form; while
reading a barcode of a registered ICAI chapter member, the barcode
number will be submitted to the system and it will be displayed at
adminconsole as well as at their ICAI user console.While reading the bar code
the system should have net connection, only then the attendance and CPE
hours will be updated in the online server.
o Else Admin will have the provision to import event vise attendance reports
from the admin console.
 Bulk Mail/ Newsletter Management:
o Admin will have the provision to create and manage newsletters and
subscribers through the admin console.
o Amazon SES/Constant Contact Integration
o Campaign Management
o Newsletter Management
o Campaign vise newsletters are set and sent from the admin console.
 CPE Event vise Member Feedbacks:
o Feedbacks posted by the ICAI members will be available at this section.
o Else Admin will have the provision to import event vise attendance reports
from the admin console.
 CPE Year Duration settings of a registered ICAI Dubai Chapter will be doing from
the admin console. Admin will have the Option a set CPE duration and hours for a
particular ICAI registered member or group of members from the admin console.
E.g.: ICAI member, CPE Duration and Required hours.
 Payment Management:
o ICAI Membership and Renewal Payment Management:Admin will have
the provision to view the payment details of ICAI membership registration,
Renewal.
o Admin will have the provision to collect and update manual payment entries
for ICAI member registration and renewal .They will have the provision to
enter a receipt numberfor each offline payment.
o Employer Registration Payment Management: Admin will have the
provision to view the payment details of ICAI Dubai Chapter Employers.
Employers can make offline payment as mentioned above.
 Job Management:
Admin will have the option view employer vise jobs and its applicant Number.
