About our Placement Scheme
ProspectSoft has been repeatedly recognised as a leading employer. We know that any
business is only as good as its people, which is why we employ the very best placement
students, so our clients receive the very best service. Each year we invest heavily in recruiting,
training and developing our placements and see 51% of placements return as full time
employees. Our placements are integral members of the team, and this has been recognised
which has ultimately led us to win the NUE award ‘Best SME Placement Provider’ for four
years!
Why choose a ProspectSoft placement?
The awards speak for themselves, but there are many other reasons to choose a placement
year at ProspectSoft. Our 13 month paid placement provides a chance to learn and develop
in a controlled environment equipping you with invaluable experiences to take back to
university and for the future.
Your initial month is packed with training from our internal experts so you are well prepared
before entering your job roles. Your year can be tailored to suit your own personal skills and
interests which can have a significant impact on the company - our current Head of
Marketing was even a previous winner of the NUE award for Best Student Contribution to an
SME.
Working for a small to medium sized enterprise means you have the opportunity to work
directly alongside senior managers and directors. This provides opportunities to gain advice
and learn skills from experienced staff, making it the perfect environment for a placement to
thrive. We pride ourselves on being a young, dynamic and sociable team who are very client
focussed. Our placement scheme is a fundamental way of recruiting and essential to the
continuing growth of the company - one previous Placement Student is now even a Director!
But don’t just take our word for it, here is what previous placements had to say at the end of
their time with us…
