General Body Meeting # 7
I. Meeting Called to Order:6:04pm
II. Presentations:
a. Spaces
i. The practicum coordinator
ii. A course offered winter and spring quarter. It is going to be a close bonding type
of class. The purpose is for students to reclaim the classroom space.
iii. In order to apply, you have to have 90 units or more. To get the form to enroll,
you must contact spaces. If you do not have 90 units, you have to talk to your
college advisor for approval.
iv. If you are interested, contact the coordinators. Syllabus will be available end of
week 9.
b. Tritons for UNICEF
i. Help raise funds for children in need. They will be having a joint event with
Lambda Theta Phi.
ii. They will be stuffing stockings for children in a center in Mexico. The stocking
will include school supplies, etc.
iii. YOU can help with the stockings on dec.3 @ 8pm.

Greek Life Advisor Address
A. Colin Gerker (5 min.)- cgerker@mail.ucsd.edu
a. Greek awards- Packets are due Dec 12th. You CANNOT nominate more a person for
more than 1 award.
b. Reach is due Dec 12 @ 6pm. Looking at 95% response rate, so keep it up!
c. Dec. 10- last presidents meeting from 3-4pm @ the red show room. Can bring your
president and president elect if applicable. If the president can’t come, please send
the second highest rank board member.
d. GUIDE- 17 applicants for the founders of this program. December 3 is the last day
to apply!
e. This is completely new to the Greek community internationally.
f. The past year for MGC has been very good and productive.
