The students will get in ready position: feet should width apart, knees slightly bent, arms bent, but not
extended and hands up. When the whistle is blown, the students will sprint to the net and vertically
jump so their hands will extend over the net and their wrist will flick. The students will then come back
down into the ready position. On the next whistle, the student will then diagonally move to the right to
the next cone and get in ready position. Repeat.
Fitness Development: Around the World (5 mins)
Divide students up into groups of 4. Have to groups of 4 get into push-up position in the form of a circle,
with their feet in the center of the circle and their heads on the outside. The students will pass the ball
under their bodies around the circle and count how many times the ball goes around the circle in 30
seconds. After those 30 seconds, the ball will be passed in the other direction as they count again.
