I believe in creating an atmosphere where students are involved in crafting the structure of
their program and projects to inspiring intrinsic learning. I also have a goal to involve the
community in assisting in the learning process; communities are filled with talented trade’s
people whose knowledge could benefit the students and better incorporate them with their
community. I am enthusiastic in facilitating students learning by providing them with the
required information to complete tasks, building equality through group projects and classroom
management based around open dialog to meet each students need.
