Test Engineer
ADVICS Manufacturing Ohio, Inc. manufactures world-class quality, technology-leading automotive brake
systems, specifically ESC and Caliper brakes. Our site in Lebanon Ohio is small enough (650+ team members)

Toyota are able to provide the resources of much larger companies. We currently have an opening for a Quality
Test Engineer with an Engineering Degree. Successful engineers enjoy this high visibility job that can showcase

Our Quality Test Engineers support the development of quality systems and controls for our internal
manufacturing processes; Develop and improve supplier processes; Act as a customer representative and
customer support contact; Supports the Quality Labs in day-to-day engineering support activities for solving
manufacturing problems.
Specific requirements of the position include: *Devising testing procedures and designing and developing failure
analysis methods for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data on our products. *Aiding in
establishing programs to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement,
and analytical equipment and facilities; *Aiding in the development and implementation of methods and
procedures for disposition of discrepant material, and devising methods to assess cost and responsibility;
*Directing workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials,
product, or process quality & reliability; *Setting up testing methods such as vibration, noise, failure analysis,
corrosion for EPB products *Compiling and writing training material, and conducting training sessions on quality
control activities.
Successful candidates will possess: *4 year Engineering Degree; *3 to 5 years previous work experience in a
related background *Proficient working knowledge of SPC and/or statistical principles. *Automotive background
preferred; *Familiar with the use of Excel macros and pivot tables ( C+, C++ programming experience desired).
