Workshop!!!
This is a chance to work with world class actors, learn
how to drag someone by their hair or throw an on-stage
punch, see yourself made up as an old person, try on
amazing costumes and learn about the thousands of
details involved in a staged performance. AND... It's just
a really fun day Wednesday, February 11th.
MODEL AFRICAN UNION

simulation while developing your knowledge base and
communication skills!
Wednesday, March 17th
Represent one of the countries in the African Continent and negotiate
policy regarding important issues like the Economic Development of the
Continent, The Arab Spring Aftermath, or Equal Opportunity for Women.
Prepare throughout January and February during lunches
Last year our countries were: South Africa, Rwanda, Eritrea, Democratic
Republic of the Congo, Angola, Togo, South Sudan, Niger. We have not
received our designed countries to date.

76 students will be selected for participation in this program.

❖ Two teachers complete reference forms (Social Studies or Business teacher AND English or Foreign
Language teacher)
❖ Request Recommendation form completion by your Guidance Counselor (transcript, test scores)
Selection Committee is comprised of Lehigh University faculty, business leaders, and Iacocca staff
members.
