Providing &fixing of metal stud partitions with the following
specifications:
(a)Supporting system comprising of Gypsteel/ Boral make
51mmx35mm metal studs of 0.55mm at 600mm c/c and
51mmx32mm metal tracks at floor, middle, door and ceiling
level with joints staggered to avoid through joints. The vertical
member should touch with horizontal ceiling/channel at slab
/beam bottom. The rate should also include necessary
strengthening with studs/ tracks or channels at doors and
other openings. The height up to the false ceiling will be
measured for payment but the frame work has to be raised up
to the ceiling height/beam soffit as support for which no extra
payment will be made.
b) 8mm MR grade ply with 1mm laminate to be pasted on both
sides up to 900mm and above 2100mm level to top level with
grooves in laminate as directed at site.
(c) 8mm thick clear float glass with etching (cost of etching @ `
50.00 per sft.) with necessary teak wood beadings finished
with melamine spray polish for heights between 900mm &
2100mm.
(d) Rate quoted should include cost of door with frames,
accessories and door closures for which no extra payment will
be made
Note: Height of the partition will be measured from finished
floor level to False Ceiling bottom level.

CASH/SINGLE WINDOW COUNTERS
Providing and supplying counters with side unit, body and top
in 18mm ply with, front panel and drawers, key board in 18mm
ply, edges taped with Teakwood flat 8mm beading.
6’0”/5’0”x2’6”x2’6” height counter with front panel with three
drawers unit. Exposed areas with 1mm lamination and rest to
be finished with one coat of primer and two coats of enamel
paint, inclusive of drawer channels, locks, hardware and
modular metal key board and CPU stand, plus Table top in
18mm black granite with front edge half rounded

TABLES WITH SIDE UNITS.
Manufacturing and supplying tables of 2'-6" height and size as
detailed below made as per design as detailed at site by the
Engineer-in-charge. The table top, frame work and front facia
shall be made out of 18mm thick plywood of approved make
and having one side pedestals. Each pedestal shall have three
drawers 1'-3" wide and 6" depth with a footrest made with
4"x1.5" teak wood section. The drawers are to be made with
18 mm thick plywood as sides and 12mm thick plywood as
bottom with requisite teakwood beadings on all exposed edges
of the plywood duly polished with melamine polish. The table
top is to be provided with 8mm thick plain glass with its
exposed edges rounded to smooth finish and with fixing of a
wire manager on the top of the table with necessary clips on
the edges as per design as detailed at site by the Eng-incharge. All exposed plywood surfaces including leg space
area are to be laminated with 1.0mm lamination of approved
make and the inner surfaces to be painted with enamel paints
in two coats over one coat of primer. The rates quoted should
include individual locking arrangements for all drawers with 4"
stainless steel handles, best quality telescopic sliding channel
complete as per approved design. A keyboard of size 24"x15",
made out of 18mm plywood topped with 1.0mm laminate is to
be fitted to the table at location as directed at site. The Table
should provided with side unit made out of 18mm thick
plywood front, top, base and sides and finished with 1mm thick
laminate Backing will have 8mm thick plywood inside will be
three(3) coats of enamel painted and front shutter/ openable
will have sliding shutter with locking system. Inside of the unit
will have 12mm thick shelves in between, complete with
hardware and hinges with central lock and Stainless Steel
handle and drawers will have telescopic sliding channels. 3"
skirting & moulding beech wood duly polished in natural tone
and melamine finish. Depth of the unit-1'-6'

CASH ENCLOSURES
Providing and fixing Wooden partitions partly paneled and
partly glazed up to a height of 7’0”. Frame made out of 2"x2”
hard wood and section spaced at 2'0” center-to-center interval.
Covered with 9mm plywood with 1mm laminate on both sides.
The front portion of the Counter is to be provided with 12mm
glass with etching and the sides are to be provided with 8mm
plain glass with etching as per design. The glasses are to be
fixed with necessary beach wood beading duly polished to
melamine finish. The partition above false ceiling will be
covered with 9mm ply finished with enamel paint, inclusive of
door frame as per design
b. Doors-Door frame in 2”x3” Teakwood and 35mm flush Door
with 9mm ply plus 1mm lamination on both sides. Glazed area
should be fixed with 8mm Glass as per design inclusive of
door closer, handle, lock and all hardware, all complete.
Note: necessary opening is to be provided for front glass for
transaction and round hole of 6” dia. Has to be provided. The
transaction window portion to be provided with closing
arrangement by using shutter of Dural make.

ALUMINIUM SLIDING WINDOWS
Providing and fixing anodized aluminum glazed windows with
sliding shutters using double track 61.85mmx31.75mmx1.5mm
for frame section all-round and 40mmx18mmx1.25mm. for
shutter section and 40mmx 26.70mmx1.10mm inter lock
section for shutter. The shutter should be mounted on nylon
rollers with approved quality fixtures such as aluminum handle,
tower bolt etc. Providing 5.50mm thick plain glass for
Shutter fitted with rubber beading. All the Aluminium sections
should be anodized 12 to 15microns and fabricated by reputed
firm by cutting to the required length, joints mitred sub-dividing
the frame tennoned and riveted in the assembled frame to be
stiffened with end clips, corner angles etc. Fixed to the wall,
lintel as the case may be with necessary steel screws, rawl
plugs and teakwood gutters etc. incl. cutting Masonry,
concrete and making good to the Original surface using
cement mortar. All the Aluminium sections should be
pretreated for removal of any rust and prevention of further
rust and coated with greasy materials for non-adhesive of
mortar and any other sticky materials. This coating should be
cleaned after installation with all lead and lift. Work should be
