by the rules and regulations of MMA and its departments. I also understand that my behavior and actions will reflect directly
upon my host. I understand that I must (1.) be accompanied by my host at all times and (2.) wear the visitor pass assigned to
me at check-in at all times. In the event I cannot accompany my host to their Academy obligations (i.e., class), I will remain in
the host’s room, only leaving to use the restroom until they return.
