In order to implement the Presidential Order n⁰ 48’01 of 10/8/2009 establishing Quality Standards in Education
for Nursery, Primary and Secondary Schools especially in Sub Section two: Option Professional and Technical
Courses article 11, a head teacher’s qualification should at least be a first degree, A0 in professional and technical
Courses with education. The Workforce Development Authority (WDA) in collaboration with Districts seeks to
recruit School Manager’s for Vocational Training Centers (VTC) located in the Districts.
