Project Description
Abstract: WOCD is a dashboard application used for displaying the order statistics/details
for AT&T telecom products. This dashboard helps the AT&T directors (end users) to track all
orders from creation until closure. Besides the order statistics, the user is also able to track
issues, outages those may occur.
Basically, this application collects all data from different
systems/components involved in end-to-end life cycle of AT&T telecom products. These
components are like BBNMS, OMS, LASR DB2, WFA Force Edge, Telegence, UMART. The
data collection happens at regular intervals ensuring the end users get all information at
any point in time.
Roles & Responsibilities
 Understanding the requirements.
 Deriving the test scenarios and test cases from functional Design/specification
Document.
 Test Data Preparation.
 Preparation of RTM and Review document.
 Involved in execution of Test cases and reporting bugs.
 Certified and delivered the modules on time with quality.
 Involved in system, adhoc and regression testing.
 Defect tracking and retesting the defects before delivering.
 Responsible for Reporting the Daily Status of the team to the Project Manager.
Achievements

Project Description
Abstract: E2E SQM is the end-to-end ownership and management of the system of
components that make up a business service to ensure it performs to the customer’s
satisfaction.
Essentially, the IT E2E SQM Program manages the IT customer
experience by reducing delays and improving the quality of the services. This is possible
through proactive end to end monitoring and support, and the measurement of the overall
business performance. For example, incident management (the detection and resolution of
an event) and incident prevention (the prediction and mitigation of possible events) are
implemented through the use of common tools and the use of technical, business and
executive dashboards.
