Booth logistics
□ Remember, booth space needs to be reserved early to get the best exhibit floor location!
Contact your Conference Chair to reserve space.
□When choosing your booth space (if you have that option), opt for a location that is as
central as possible.
□ Use a vertical tabletop banner to identify your booth (included in the membership kit). You
can also use a hanging horizontal banner on the front of your booth.
□ Staff your booth with 1-2 SNA state representatives who can answer questions about
membership for attendees. Choose representatives carefully – they should be friendly,
informed, and have good customer service skills. Make sure you discuss scheduling
beforehand, so you are prepared to have people staffing your booth for the entire conference.
□ Keep plenty of extra copies of all of your materials handy. Remember to have extra pens
and a trash can at your booth, too.
□If you plan on using a laptop computer or iPad, make sure you’re set up with the convention
center’s Wi-Fi login information.

booth should look
