Identify Concerns
Too many people either don't believe in God, or some believe that God hates gays. I
want to change that.

Set Your Goal
To create a video that will advocate Christians accepting the homosexual community,
and to teach them to love like God does.
Form a Plan
Who: Kevin Moen, Aysleen Guerra, Denise Gonzalez, Francisco Cardenas, Iram
Madrid, Jorge Perez, Lorenzo Piñon, Rocio Cimental, and Samuel Cardenas
What: Create a video that advocates the acceptance of homosexuals by Christians
everywhere. The local students will star in the video and make this goal possible.
Where: The filming will be done at both, Beatty High School and Beatty Community Church. The editing
will be done at school and at my house.
When: When possible, I will work during school, at after school tutoring, and when I am at home or the
church during my free time.
Why: Too many people think that God hates Gays, when the reality is that he loves them. I want people to
love like Jesus did and to spread it everywhere.
How: I will use my iPod touch to film the video clips, Pages on my MacBook for the informational slides,
the iPhone app Scrolling Credits for the credits, and the iPhone app iMovie to edit the video. The final
video will be published to YouTube.
Act
The video was filmed at school and at church successfully. I used iMovie to edit the
video with little trouble. The video was Published on YouTube on January 28, 2015.
Follow Up
I am going to continue spreading love and kindness to everyone. This video is just the
start of my campaign to combat this hate and confusion.
If I were to do this differently, I would ensure that I have all of the elements together in
a timely fashion.
