Raisecom Technology will exhibit at Vietnam Telecomp 2006
Raisecom Technology Co., Ltd (RAISECOM) was founded in 1999 when data communication was
still popular with the base modem, ISDN and DDN. Since then, Raisecom had found data

broadband access based on fiber and Ethernet technology would be the next generation of data

Raisecom product introduction:
1. OPCOM3101-155 carrier-class SDH STM-1 multiplexer delivers: traditional PDH services
over existing SDH network. The devices allow service providers to extend their network towards
remote customers, thereby enlarging their customer reach and increasing revenues without the
expenses associated with deploying high-end ADMs, which add unnecessary cost. The 19” 1U high
OPCOM3101-155 connectivity for 63 E1s complies with all SDH standard. The product is designed
for the requirement of carriers and service provides, it offers a high level of reliability and
manageability. OPCOM3101-155 is compact STM-1 optical multiplexer with the simplicity and low
cost, significantly reducing operating and capital expenses.
2. RC51x-FE media converters are devices that convert Ethernet 10/100BaseTx data into optical
signal codes with 100BaseFx at data rate 100Mbps. With integrated management functions,
configurations and tests can be performed effectively. It additionally has an integrated management
module to control remote-site operation and maintenance by the patented technology. Link monitor,
fault signaling loop-back and remote reset are all available without sharing Ethernet flow bandwidth.
When an optional WDM fiberdoubler is used, the capacity of the existing network will improve
significantly as various wavelengths will be received and transmitted along a single optical fiber.
3. The RC1102 modems offer extended distances and variable data rates from 192 kbps to 2048
kbps using G.shdsl technology. The modem uses a single pair offers capabilities equivalent to
normal HDSL modems on two pairs, offering 50% saving in copper cost. The modem supports V.35,
G.703 E1 interfaces. It also supports Ethernet interface with a built-in bridge allowing LAN-to-LAN
connectivity.
4. RC90x-V35FE1 converter provides an optimum solution for transparent G.703 signals. It
supports such standard interface type as V.35. Error detection procedures are supported by
loop-back function.
RCMS series multiplexers are a solution used for utilizing the existing network such as legacy
network and IP network. It provides leased line service with following interfaces: E1, V.35 or
Ethernet over legacy E1 network. In the mean time, broadband Ethernet access is available via
Ethernet over fiber. Error detection procedures are supported by loop-back function and each E1
channel can be diagnosed by loop-back function.Cost-effective single fiber solution (WDM) is
applicable.
5. RC80x-240B series multiplexers provide a solution for splitting PSTN connections. Its
functional range ensures E1, Ethernet and V.35 applications and provides a management system.
RC80x-240B series with 8xE1 ports or 4E1+1 ETH+1 V.35 or 4 E1+2 ETH or 4 E1+2 V.35 used for
transmission at the rate according to E1 (RJ45 or BNC) constitutes an optimal solution for the needs
of end-users. Error detection procedures are supported by loop-back function and each E1 channel
can be diagnosed by loop-back function. Cost-effective single fiber solution (WDM) is applicable.
6. RC901-FE4E1 is a 10/100M adaptive Ethernet to 4 E1 interface converter, which utilizes the
state-of-the-art inverse multiplexing technology. It is a widely adopted Ethernet access solution that
utilizing E1 link resources.
