 Analyzing & designing APP store business model and value chain
consulting;
 Developing business cases for Smartphone;
 Mobile payment solution consulting and business model evaluation;
 Developing and consulting in commercial solutions of M2M;
 National Broadband Network & innovative services,
 Operator’s fixed Broadband (FTTx , DSL, Cable) & VAS, Multi-play,
 IPTV(HDTV/3DTV, VOD, PVR),
 Digital Home (Over The Top & IP Video, App store on TV, 4th screen, Eeducation, E-Health, Tele-presence, Video surveillance, etc)

Build a professional business/solution consulting team, and
conduct necessary people management activities such as
recruitment, staff mentoring, competency development, etc
Establish working relationships with key customers and internal
marketing and product groups
Conduct strategic dialogue with clients' C-level to better
understand their business needs and identify opportunities for
co-operation
Take charge of large project teams and complete business
consulting activities in the responsible field (MBB, FBB, ICT,
etc)
Lead a cross-functional team by analyzing and understanding
telecom operators' challenges and business strategies
Provide consulting service to clients, assist Operators in
Service Portfolio Planning based on Huawei’s technology suite
Conduct strategic dialogue with clients' C-level manager; create






Trusted Advisor status in nominated target accounts in the
responsible field (MBB, FBB, ICT, etc); represent Huawei
business solutions to appropriate industry forums.
Develop business consulting tools and capabilities, help to
improve the competence of the team
Work independently manage small- or medium-sized project
teams to deliver business consulting services in a certain field;
Objectively align Huawei’s business centric approach to
enhance customers’ portfolio management.
Understand customers' requirements, guide team members to
plan the solutions and establish delivery strategies, estimate
project costs, and manage quality and control risks for projects.
Communicate with customers' chief project directors, project
managers, or departmental managers to explore customer
requirements.
Perform quantitative analysis in the respective markets and
regions to realize practical approach for a business success
Work independently analyze the markets, industrial trends,
profits and investment, and government control policies in order
to design business solutions.
Participate in the market planning and sales events carried out
by business consulting activities, internal promotion of business
plans (BP), and fabrication and display of demos to customers.
Communicate with customers' key project stakeholders to
identify potential business opportunities during the delivery
phase;
Be responsible for the key tasks in business consulting in a
certain area;
Perform NPV/ROI/IRR/TCO/TVO for respective markets to
forecast, estimate and predict returns and peculiarities.









