Developed an ASP Web application to keep track of volunteer firefighters, positions, status, contact
information, historical data work locations and tax status using a SQL Server database.
Personnel Tracking System for Fairfax County Fire and Rescue, Fairfax, VA
Developed a Human Resources tracking system to allow the manager to keep track of complete
employee history including ranks, performance evaluations, work, home and mailing addresses,
employment episodes and more using SQL Server 7.
Personnel Reporting System for Fairfax County Fire and Rescue, Fairfax, VA
ASP Application used in conjunction with the Tracking System to provide about 20 different
parameterized reports.
Client Locator System for Montgomery County Dept. Of HHS, Rockville, MD
ASP Oracle database Web browser application used by the county to locate previous client contacts
with the department of HHS across six different programs.
Project Management System for Coast Guard, Washington, DC
Converted a Standard Visual Basic application to an ActiveX Documents project accessible through
an Internet Explorer Web Browser. The application used an Access database and it also had options
to launch other Office application such as Excel, Powerpoint and Word. The Web application also
updated an Excel spreadsheet in addition to maintaining an Access database.

Reference Standard Ordering System for U.S. Pharmacopaeia, Rockville, MD
Access 97 client using an Oracle database to track reference standard procurement, receipt, testing
and packaging as well as inventory and reporting.
Revenue and Plans Tracking System for Fairfax County Fire and Rescue, Fairfax, VA
Large Access only application used to track invoices for permits; building testing for fire sprinkler
systems; plans administration for new buildings; daily and monthly ledgers and other functionality.
Security Tracking System for Marriott Corporation, Bethesda, MD
Access application used to track security issues at various Marriott hotel chains.
Electronic System for Personnel for U.S. Dept. Of Commerce, Washington, DC

Transaction Processing System for Westinghouse Call Center, Jacksonville, FL
Developed, enhanced and maintained applications using a DB2 database with a VBA client.
Enhanced and maintained a very large application in Access which is used at a major call center in
Jacksonville by about 100 Benefit Analysts. Made extensive use of SQL using complicated nested
subselects, and pass-through queries
HMO Consolidation System for Westinghouse Call Center, Jacksonville, FL
Created software written in Access/Visual Basic to allow users to import diskettes of data from
various HMOs for consolidation into a mainframe DB2 database.
File and Document System for US Navy - NAVSEA 07, Crystal City, VA
Served as the lead programmer on a naval contract to develop a file and document tracking system
(FADS) using Visual Basic with a FoxPro database. Supervised 4 programmers to develop the file
and document tracking system. Used Crystal Reports to develop the FADS reporting functionality.
