Job summary
Being part of the IA Germany management team, the job holder will be responsible for all of the financial and accounting
procedures and affairs of the German business, as well as for the management of all of the general administration of the
business unit and for the consolidated affairs.
Areas of responsibility

To be responsible for all of the financial and accounting procedures and affairs of the German business.
o Monthly management accounts
o Cash and bank management
o Loans, agreements and government grants
o Audit and tax affairs
o VAT and all other statutory returns
o End of year accounting and reconciliation
o Balance sheet
o Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable management
o To effectively manage credit control to ensure timely receipt of funds and to minimise bad debts
o Manage the monthly payroll and associated Statutory Revenue returns
o Prepare monthly Customs & VAT returns and Statistical Data according to local and national
governmental requirements
o Preparation of monthly and statutory year end accounts
o Maintain the Fixed Asset register
o Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

To be responsible for the management of all of the general administration of the two independent business units
and for the consolidated affairs.

Suitable qualification in Business Administration or equivalent
Previous relevant successful professional experience within a manufacturing business.
Demonstrated general business understanding. Ability to create, read, and interpret financial statements
Excellent general management and administrative skills as this post could become a board position
Ability to handle ambiguity and complexity. Strong analysing approach
Good communication skills. Proficiency level of English is a must
Strong computer skills, comfort working in a Google environment and proficiency with
JDEdwards, MS Office programs, and databases
Ability to interact with and contribute to all third party activities
In the habit of working in a busy and complex environment, staying calm under pressure

 This is a full-time position whose primary responsibility is to oversee the financial, human resource
and administrative systems of Injection Alloys Germany, Company which has activities all over
Europe
