No Child Left Behind (NCLB)
Elementary & Secondary Education Act (ESEA)
The ESEA/NCLB was due for reauthorization in late 2007, but that did not happen. Secretary
Spelling has proposed regulations and Congress continues to work on reauthorization. Stay
