Common Core, Assessments, Parents
The Oregon Department of Education adopted Common Core State Standards in 2010, and school
districts statewide are implementing revised curriculum and assessments in the 2014-15 school year.
Oregon PTA has worked with its education partners and has compiled a list of resources, as well as tips
for parents written by educators, and new assessment proposals.
