Corporation. ABC Corporation, is a Forbes Fortune 100 company that provides a wide range of
sophisticated electronic products and components and is a highly respected company in Japan
and around the globe.
ABC COMPANY office is strategically located in the UAE within the Jebel Ali Free Zone of Dubai,
as a "Free Zone Establishment" (FZE). The Jebel Ali free zone ranks among the world’s largest
and the fastest growing free zones. It enjoys all the benefits and privileges provided by the Free
Zone Authority to companies in the Free Zone.
While ABC COMPANY’s goals and objectives always remain centered and aligned with global
ABC Corporation, its vision is to be the No 1 Customer-centric Company and No 1 Customerpreferred brand in the Middle East/Africa region..
Business situation
ABC COMPANY acts as a hub for the Middle East and Africa regions. Besides Sales and
Marketing functions, ABC COMPANY is responsible for the enhancement and development of the
corporate brand image and presence of ABC Company in the Middle East and Africa region.
With a focus on the above business goals ABC COMPANY was looking for a Warehouse
Management solution to

Technical situation
ABC COMPANY was using legacy applications with supporting manual operations and paper

inflexibilities, limitations and maintenance challenges in the legacy application it was becoming
increasingly difficult to close the gap between business needs and day-to-day operations.
Solution
Technoforte’s PALMS WMS solution was implemented to address the current gaps and

ABC COMPANY.
PALMS Sales Order to Dispatch and Purchase to Binning modules with customizations provided
the capabilities for a major leap forward.
