2. Light is incident on a plane interface between two linear dielectrics. The incident ray’s
polarization is in the plane of incidence. Show that at Brewster’s angle of incidence the
reflected and transmitted rays are mutually perpendicular. Assume the permeabilities are
those of free space: μ1 = μ2 = μ0.
