Guest Services Agent
Consideration will be given to those with customer service experience as well
as some post-secondary education in the hospitality industry.
Duties Include:
 Enjoy interacting with and approaching customers in a pleasant and
welcoming manner.
 All customer service related tasks in the reception area, on-site bistro and
reservations call center.
 Daily opening and/or closing of the Scandinave Spa reception area, on-site
bistro and reservations call center.
 Individual day end balancing and cash out requirements.
 Safety and control of all Scandinave Spa areas including reception / bistro,
locker room(s), massage pavilion and outdoor activity.
 Able to work well in a team oriented environment.
