I hereby give permission for my daughter/son (as named above) to participate in all activities that are
a part of the organized programs and services of the Whitman National Debate Institute. This
includes:
a) Permission for my child to participate in all field trips and off-campus activities.
b) Permission for my child to ride with College Approved Drivers who are part of the Debate
Institute Staff to and from program-related excursions and activities.
