GLYNLYON AND ANNOUNCES
PROMOTION OF NICK RUSSO TO
PRINCIPAL

PNC Erieview Capital recently completed an investment in Glynlyon (the “Company”) in
connection with Linsalata Capital Partners’ acquisition of the Company in partnership
with management. PNC Erieview Capital provided subordinated debt in the transaction.
About Glynlyon
Headquartered in Chandler, Arizona, Glynlyon is a leading national provider of
technology-enabled secular and faith-based education curriculum for preK-12
students. The Company’s academic solutions are sold under a portfolio of brands,
including Odysseyware and Alpha Omega Publications, to thousands of public and
private school districts as well as individuals.
Promotion of Nick Russo to Principal
In addition, PNC Erieview Capital is pleased to announce the promotion of Nicholas B.
Russo to Principal. Mr. Russo joined National City Equity Partners (now PNC Erieview)
in April 2008. Previously, Nick spent two years as an investment banking analyst with
Western Reserve Partners, a Cleveland, Ohio-based boutique investment banking firm.
Nick earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Mount Union College.
Nick is responsible for deal origination, transaction execution, and portfolio
maintenance, and has oversight/management responsibilities for several portfolio
companies. In addition to his responsibilities at PNC Erieview, Nick serves or has
served on the Board of Directors of the MetroHealth Foundation, Achievement Centers
for Children and the Julie Billiart School.
