This course takes an experiential approach to the study of the process of communication at both the intrapersonal and
interpersonal levels. Timewill be devoted to both the study of recent theories and experiments within the field
of speech communication and their practical applications as related to perception, listening, non-verbal, conflict
resolution and one’s self-concept.

Study of the relationship between culture and communication, emphasizing social, linguistic, psychological and nonverbal

Explore definitions and theories of leadership, purposes and functions of leaders in various settings and provide
opportunities for the practical application of the techniques of leadership toward understanding the role of leaders in
organizational success.
